We drive about two hours to Cusipata for breakfast and continue by bus to the trailhead. From there you hike around an hour and a half to the top, at 5,020 m (16,466 ft).

We spend about 30 minutes at the top exploring and taking photos, then walk down the same trail in about an hour. Lunch is in Cusipata before heading back to Cusco; the tour ends at Plaza Regocijo.
