Our philosophy

Less noise, more presence

Spa Cusco inLove is Cusco inLove's wellness space. We created it for people who reach the city with tired bodies: after walking the Historic Center, climbing to Sacsayhuamán or coming back from Machu Picchu.

The design blends the calm of Japanese style with the materials of the Andes. Sand-toned artisanal walls, dark wood, warm low light and silence. No loud colors, nothing extra. Every room is designed so the body can let go and the mind can rest.

Your visit begins before the massage: a welcome Andean infusion, a signature scent throughout, and all the time you need to arrive unhurried.

  • Calm

Few people at a time, private rooms and light designed for rest.

  • Recovery

Techniques chosen for legs, back and neck tired from travel and altitude.

  • Andean roots

Infusions, scents and handcrafted pieces from the region in every room.

The spaces

Three rooms, one silence

Each room has a Quechua name and its own purpose. All three share the same materials, the same warm light and the same idea: that time stands still while you're here.

Couples ritual with jacuzzi

Sala Munay

Rest, shared.

Munay means “to love” in Quechua, and this room was made for two. Two solid-wood massage tables face each other. At the back, behind a screen of dark wooden slats, a hot-water corner jacuzzi is waiting.

The screen filters the view without closing the space: you sense and hear the water, yet the massage stays private. The walls have a hand-applied, sand-toned artisanal finish that continues across the ceiling and wraps the room like a warm cave.

Light is always indirect: from the edge of the ceiling, from wooden sconces that draw arcs on the wall and from the lit base of the jacuzzi. It is the room for an anniversary, a honeymoon or the end of a trip together.

Relaxation lounge

Sala Samay

The time before and after.

Samay means “to rest” and also “breath”. This lounge is where every experience begins and ends. Two reclining massage chairs, separated by ribbed-glass panels, let you relax in private without feeling shut away.

A glass-block window lets in soft, diffused daylight. Textured walls, a stone-toned relief artwork, golden sconces and a wooden cabinet with ceramic pieces complete the space.

Here you wait for your turn with a hot infusion, or stretch out the calm after a massage before heading back into Cusco's streets. It is also the place for a short chair session when your legs ask for a break.

Single massage room

Sala Kawsay

A space just for you.

Kawsay means “life” in Quechua. It is the spa's most intimate room, designed for one person. In the center, a wooden massage table with dark upholstery. Behind it, a pale stone wall lit from below, its texture recalling Cusco's stone walls.

To one side, a wooden niche with a lit mirror and a bench with towels lets you change without hurry. A fabric blind softens the window light, and a single plant adds the only touch of color.

It is the room for a muscle-relief massage after days with a backpack, for solo travelers, or for anyone who simply wants an hour without interruptions.

Wellbeing at altitude

Taking care of yourself at 3,400 meters

Cusco sits at about 3,400 meters above sea level, and your body notices. That's why we adapt each experience to where you are in your trip and ask you to follow these recommendations:

  • If you just arrived, choose a gentle massage and save the jacuzzi for your second or third day in the city.

  • Stay hydrated before and after your session. We welcome you with water and muña infusion.

  • In the jacuzzi, we recommend short sessions. If you feel dizzy or tired, get out of the water and let us know.

  • Avoid alcohol and heavy meals in the two hours before.

  • If you have altitude sickness symptoms (severe headache, nausea or shortness of breath), we'll reschedule at no cost. In that case, see a doctor before your session.

Our team will ask how you feel before we begin. Your wellbeing comes before the schedule.
